Online Return Policy
This return policy describes how to return a product purchased online from Kodiak Emergency Vehicles. It does not apply to vehicle purchases.

Product Return by Mail
To return a product Kodiak Emergency Vehicles shipped to you by mail, send the product in its original packaging and/or box within 30 days of purchase.

You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if Kodiak Emergency Vehicles made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped by Kodiak Emergency Vehicles.

If either (i) Kodiak Emergency Vehicles made a shipping error or (ii) the product was defective when shipped from Kodiak Emergency Vehicles, Kodiak Emergency Vehicles will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply place the shipping label on the outside of the box and drop off the package at a shipping facility of your choice.

Kodiak Emergency Vehicles recommends that you return the using a carrier that provides package tracking services to ensure your product gets back to Kodiak Emergency Vehicles safely and quickly. If product is return-eligible, your credit card will be credited for the full price of the product, but your shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
